Netgen story has always been about sharing - sharing knowledge, sharing experience, sharing the moments of joy and fun. One of the reasons I came here was to help with the growing marketing and event organization needs - in a fewer words, to help with the sharing. With that said, I could not have boarded the Netgen ship at a more exciting and opportune time - December, a true sharing spirited month.

While preparing this years eZ Publish Summer Camp and PHP Summer Camp we wanted to somehow capture the value that was created and share it later. In short, to extend the learning experience after the camp is over. So we organised video and audio recordings of all 3 tracks and (almost) all workshops.

Having a habit of trying to hit more birds with one stone, I always try to find a combination of tasks that has multiple benefits for the company. As we wanted to give some practice to students and that an online rating system for the Summer Camp would be nice to have,  decision was a no-brainer. To make things a bit harder the solution should behave more like a web app: loaded once and using REST calls for rating.
