Back in February, we announced the 8th Web Summer Camp, our annual flagship event for web enthusiasts. By now we’ve open Call for Papers, confirmed first speakers and prepared special prices for those who buy their tickets early.

Most important novelties this year
- Workshops will be organized around the following tracks: PHP, Symfony (instead of eZ), JavaScript and Project Management (instead of UX). Business track is yet to be confirmed.
- The outing is scheduled for Friday afternoon. After closing workshops program, prepare for a refreshing afternoon... and night ;-)

The event will be held in Rovinj, August 28th – August 30th. Call for Papers is still open so if you have an idea for a workshop on your own, don’t be shy - submit your idea by April 30th.
Some great speakers already confirmed their participation. Stefan Priebsch and Nicolas Grekas will share the latest developments related to PHP and Symfony with us once again. Alexandre Lissy, Senior Research Engineer from Mozilla, will cover voice recognition in Javascript track and if Project Management is your field of interest, Peter Taylor and Christina Mumm are preparing some interesting workshops for you as well.
For those of you who haven’t been a part of #websc yet, we are happy to mention that this conference is a great opportunity to extend your business trip to vacation.
