Netgen supported SIPPO in defining the digital strategy, customer journeys, content and UX experience for the communication of its global Swiss trade promotion program.

Challenge: Multisite, Multi-Country, Geo-Targeting

The project was created from scratch and required a complete digital concept, content and brand identity. The time horizon was tight at six months, and resources had to be well allocated accordingly.

Solution: Digital Experience Platform

  • Building a new enterprise DXP solution, ideal for multisites and multilingualism
  • Creating a new brand experience and UX design for the brand
  • Creating roles and permissions to share and distribute content across the platform, using workflows and specific functionality
  • Custom layouts and capabilities for country-specific content

We successfully mitigated the high level of complexity of the project by using a flexible company-wide DXP solution. This allowed us to put additional focus on the strategy, content and design, resulting in a top tier solution for SIPPO.
