Cross-cantonal appearance to strengthen the brand puls-berufe.ch

puls-berufe.ch has made a name for itself in the canton of Zurich as a central point for training and continuing education in the healthcare sector. A cross-cantonal cooperation additionally strengthens the brand presence and reduces the effort for communication measures. At the heart of the cross-cantonal cooperation is the revised website.

Challenge: Cantonal differences

A particular challenge was to control different websites of five institutions via a common instance. Here, Ibexa DXP (eZ Publish) offers a flexible solution by allowing roles and rights to be defined individually. In this way, the individual cantons can work independently and without conflicts when it comes to content management.

Solution: Unified communication platform for 10 cantons in Switzerland

puls-berufe.ch resents itself in a revised online presence. There is now a portal for each of the affiliated cantons under one roof. Users can select the page relevant to their canton or are automatically redirected to the appropriate location through geo-targeting. In this way, information about education and training opportunities from the relevant region can be found easily and quickly. A joint calendar of events, blog posts and detailed information on individual professions and training opportunities round out the informative offering.

Over the years, the website redesign has evolved into a comprehensive service package that includes the following services:

  • Digital Strategy
  • Website: Concept, development and UX
  • Editorial services / content creation
  • Job portal for training positions Higher Technical College Nursing and Activation
  • Growth Marketing
    • Paid Campaigning (Social Media and GoogleAds)
    • Data Analytics

Website Process

Based on an initial analysis and concept phase, Netgen sketched wireframes and prototypes to ensure that all requirements were met and that there was a barrier-free flow of information between the different user groups. The new platform was implemented using the existing CMS eZ Publish (now Ibexa DXP).

Growth Marketing

Netgen also supports the client in campaigns and growth marketing. For this, we jointly defined specific KPIs that can be tracked with individual dashboards and in different roles.

Hosting and Support

Netgen monitors and manages the maintenance of the site and provides consulting support to the client to keep the brand successful.
