Challenge

The steadily growing Zurich bank offers one-stop solutions from entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, their companies and family. For this customer group, MBaer's experts develop integrated, customized solutions. However, a suitable platform to communicate this offer in an appealing way was missing until now. Netgen was commissioned to develop the bank's digital presence in the form of an informative and user-friendly website.

Solution

The central concern was that all potential customers should be able to find their way around the website and easily locate the service and contact person relevant to them. Accordingly, the menu item "The Services" is structured according to needs and service categories to ensure intuitive navigation to the relevant offer. Under "The Bank" and "The Approach", information can be found on the history and origins, the team, or the advisory approach of the bank.

The concise colors of the logo became a central component of the design, while images in black and white ensure that the page does not appear too cluttered.

Meaningful quotes underline the bank's guiding principle: "The Bank with a Soul". To feel that behind the "bank walls" are people who are passionate about the individual needs of their customers was a key concern of the project.

The hover effect in the presentation of the bank's employees gives the appearance a personal, approachable touch.
