Redesign and development of the Fina platform

The project began with discovery workshops, content audit and stakeholder interviews to understand primary user journeys. The insights gained from these activities informed the development of a new information architecture for both the public website and intranet. A special focus was placed on refined and better-suited copy.
Creating a functional information architecture and providing user-friendly content
Since Fina offers over 100 services for citizens and business entities, it was necessary to design a new and functional information architecture that allows users to navigate the site and find the information they need easily. The existing content on the public website and intranet also had to be migrated, adapted and reorganized.
In addition to commercial services, Fina provides a specific set of services for public authorities and on behalf of the state, so legal terminology had to be presented to users in the most understandable way possible while maintaining consistency and uniformity in copywriting and content presentation.
