A 95% digital transaction increase, 600 hours saved by workflow automation

Since 2008, we were working on development of web sites and other customer web interfaces for B.net internet provider. When B.net became part of A1 Hrvatska, we continued working with A1 on shaping digital touchpoints with their customers.

Website

While redesigning the 'Tomato' website, our main goal was to increase user engagement and make the customer processes – such as becoming a new customer, changing postpaid or prepaid tariffs and moving from another network to Tomato –seamless and more intuitive. The visual design was done with the help of our partners at Locastic.

 

The website was launched in March 2019. Almost instantly, there was a visible uptick in sales transactions and a noticeable decrease in sales hours lost due to process automation.

 

  • Inside 2 weeks, the increase in website conversion spiked to 6%, higher than the industry benchmark (3.3%)
  • The number of sales transactions increased by 95%
  • Over 19% more people visited the site and overall user sessions increased by 32%
  • Mobile sales spiked by 160% as a result of the mobile visit increase by 31%
  • Processes automation saved the sales team 600 working hours per month

A1 Homebox

Website

Together with Locastic as our design partner, we were in charge of redesigning customer flows related to the Homebox service on the main A1.hr site. The goal of the project was to make the whole process of ordering a Homebox service fully automated and integrated with all backend systems. Our role was to design easy-to-use user flows, prepare visual design and conduct user research. Besides that, we provided education and support to the internal front-end development team in solving more complex front-end components.

Website

A1 videoteka enables users to browse and search through a vast number of TV series, movies, cartoons, documentaries, and concerts which are available as PPV content. The sites share the same content repository which is synced with the internal VoD system. The project was initially developed for B.net in 2011. and improved as A1 videoteka in 2012.

Website

A1 TV Guide provides the viewers with an effective way of checking a current broadcasting schedule. The interface fully adapts to the screen size and the capabilities of a device. The REST API interface which we built for these web applications is also utilized by native mobile TV guide apps developed by other parties. The sites were launched in 2012.
