First things first – Super Early Bird tickets are here, earlier than ever, thanks to great efforts of Netgen & Salsa Adria team. Get your ticket for the best price all the way until March 31 and see you in Rovinj on August 30-September 2.

This year, dinners on workshop days are also in the price of your ticket, along with some other activities.

Tracks Novelties

The biggest news this year is adding a frontend track. After adding the Design topic last year, it was to be expected we will expand our dev topics as well, especially considering we have been thinking about it for a while now.

We have also decided to rename the Design into a UX track. This year the workshops on this track will be focused on user experience and user research.  

Zagreb Transfer & Early Bird Hotel Prices

We are also just in time for Early Bird hotel discounts and hopping on the #websc bus!

Lone Hotel and Hotel Eden have offered a 10% discount code for all Web Summer Camp participants with the code provided after a ticket purchase. This year, with the same promo code they are offering an additional 15% off if you book a room until February 15 for a minimum stay of 5 nights!

Be sure to click on Early booking 2017. Book now! on the left of the hotel's website and note that after February 15 you will only be able to use the 10% discount.

This year we offer a possibility of a #websc bus Zagreb-Rovinj-Zagreb. It would give you an opportunity to meet your organizers and other participants before the Camp even starts. The idea is to gather everyone who gets into Zagreb or Zagreb Airport, put them on a bus, and drive them to Rovinj and back.

Social events & Companions

Fear not, there will be plenty of leisure and mingling opportunities this year, from welcome drinks on August 29 to the traditional boat trip on September 2. Same as last year, we prepared a tailored map of Rovinj for all participants which will get updated along the way. For all new information, be sure to check out our Extras page.

Companion track is in the making! We were encouraged by the positive reviews last year and are planning on defining the program and prices soon. If you are interested in bringing a companion, we kindly ask that you provide us with their name and e-mail address as proof of interest on our Companions page.

We have Marco Pivetta, Hannes Van De Vreken, Antonio Perić, and Paula Čučuk on PHP track; Edi Modrić and Petar Španja on eZ Platform track; Rahel Anne Bailie, Stephanie Troeth, and Stig Martin Fiskå on UX track; and Tomislav Tenodi on a new frontend-related track.
