We’re formalizing our approach to quality and security by pursuing certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. ISO 9001 establishes a clear, measurable quality system and continuous improvement; ISO/IEC 27001 implements a risk-based ISMS with practical controls and ongoing awareness. Certification will prove alignment with international best practice and reinforces trust and resilience.

Project Overview
Netgen is a Croatian digital agency with 20+ years of experience in building products, platforms, and services that move organizations forward. With this project, we are taking a structured step to raise the bar for quality and security by implementing and certifying two international standards: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
ISO 9001 helps us formalize clear quality policies, streamline delivery processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement—so every engagement is more predictable, efficient, and valuable for our clients and partners.
ISO/IEC 27001 equips us with a systematic information security management framework: rigorous risk assessment, fit‑for‑purpose controls (such as encryption and strong authentication), and ongoing employee awareness. Achieving certification validates our alignment with global best practices and strengthens trust, resilience, and long‑term competitiveness.
